Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Habit Trackd, operated by Dean Santillan. By creating an account or continuing after a material update, you agree to them. You must be at least 13, provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully.
Health and reminder disclaimer
Habit Trackd is a productivity tool, not medical advice, treatment, an emergency-alert service, or a safety-critical system. Notification delivery depends on iOS permissions, Focus settings, power, operating-system behaviour, and device availability. Always use an appropriate dedicated system for medication, emergency, or safety-critical reminders.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Prices and trial availability are displayed by Apple before purchase.
Your content
You retain ownership of the habit text and audio you create. You grant Habit Trackd permission to process account content only as needed to operate the service. Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have permission to use.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with the service, access another person's data, automate abusive requests, distribute malware, or use Habit Trackd unlawfully. Accounts involved in abuse may be restricted or terminated.
Availability and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict abusive or unlawful use. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, Habit Trackd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by missed reminders, unavailable service, data loss, or third-party services. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Changes
Material changes will be presented in the app and identified by an updated effective date. Continued use may require accepting the updated terms.
